Is it easy to return items?

Yes, eligible items are authorized immediately, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email.  

Is a RETURN Shipping Label Provided?

  • Yes! Please be advised that if the shipping label provided is not used your return will not be processed and you will not receive your refund.
  • Depending on where you are shipping your return from you may incur additional costs when dropping off your package.

How soon will I get my refund?

Credit IMMEDIATELY. Refund, once we have received your returned item your refund will be processed against the original form of payment within 7 - 10 days.

What items ARE eligible for return?

  • You have 30 days from date 'Delivered' to begin the return process and ship your return. You must use the label provided or your return will not be processed.
  • All items* except those listed below.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

  • All items 30 days beyond the 'Delivered' date.
  • Return shipping charges for REFUND or ADJUSTMENT are non-reimbursable.
  • *For sanitary reasons; pillow protectors,  mattress topper protectors, duvet covers and custom items are not eligible for return once 'Delivered'.
